Do you bring your own equipment?
Yes, we will bring video cameras and lighting. If there is something special needed for your shoot, we will discuss that on the scouting day.
Are there any other costs?
Our pricing does not include other costs that may be required such as special equipment, additional crew, props, permits, staging or hair & makeup. We can chat about whether any of those are needed during your free consultation.
Do you do retainer services?
Yes. We do this for clients that need to capture video regularly such as monthly, quarterly, or bi-annually. Let's chat and we will design a package for you based on your needs.
Do you provide editing services?
Yes. We'd be happy to edit your video project. Editing services is at an additional cost.
Do you do work with non-profits?
Yes! We love working with non-profits. We understand the financial constraints of non-profits. Because of this, we offer reduced pricing for qualified non-profits and municipalities.
Do you charge for travel?
Generally no. If you are within our service area, travel costs and travel time are no extra cost. Travel costs apply for locations outside our service area.
